The doormen treated me like royalty. Refreshments were given to me. the breakfast catered for all tastes. The breakfast room was gorgeous.

the pool was too small to be useful. the price of the room was high. i didn't feel it was good value for money.

The staff were attentive. They met my needs promptly. the room was spacious. It included a spa tub. fire safety equipment was present in my room. I felt secure. i appreciated the complimentary services provided.

the lift service was occasionally slow. this was a very slight inconvenience.

good tea traditional music personal concierge

the afternoon tea service was a DELIGHT. The staff provided a nice selection of snacks, from savory to sweet. Live traditional music created a relaxing atmosphere. My personal concierge, nhi le, made sure all my needs were met. She also offered suggestions for tourist activities.

the speaker on the tv did not work properly , so i struggled to hear it.

the sakyo suite was spacious and very clean. it was well appointed with everything i needed. duy in housekeeping always left my room super clean after every clean. the bed was very comfortable.

broken tv speaker running toilet

The staff was super friendly. Probably one of the best i have seen in the whole area.

unfortunately, the tv speaker was broken, i could not hear it properly. also, the toilet ran all night long and i could not stop it. by the time i woke up i was still very tired.
