the staff were very helpful. they offered recommendations for local food and drinks including a great egg coffee. dinh, mai and quang were especially lovely! the entire staff were friendly and accommodating.

the price felt high. the hotel itself was good though i did not feel it was good value for money. the pool was also too small to be particularly useful.

the afternoon tea service was a DELIGHT. The staff provided a nice selection of snacks, from savory to sweet. Live traditional music created a relaxing atmosphere. My personal concierge, nhi le, made sure all my needs were met. She also offered suggestions for tourist activities.

the speaker on the tv did not work properly , so i struggled to hear it.

The staff was super friendly. Probably one of the best i have seen in the whole area.

unfortunately, the tv speaker was broken, i could not hear it properly. also, the toilet ran all night long and i could not stop it. by the time i woke up i was still very tired.
